About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager – B2B E-Commerce to manage and coordinate end-to-end B2B marketplace operations across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete operational flow—from order processing, FC appointment booking, inventory coordination, dispatch and delivery tracking to returns and reconciliation—while ensuring marketplace SLAs and delivery timelines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & B2B Operations
Manage daily B2B order processing and marketplace operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
Handle operations for Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
Coordinate with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other quick-commerce platforms.
Manage the complete order flow from order receipt → processing → picking → packing → FC appointment → dispatch → delivery.




Monitor marketplace dashboards and ensure all orders are processed within defined SLA/TAT timelines.
FC Appointment & Delivery Management
Book and manage FC (Fulfillment Centre) appointments as per marketplace requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse and marketplace/FC teams to ensure appointment slots are available and utilized on time.
Plan dispatches according to FC appointment schedules and required delivery timelines.
Closely track shipments from dispatch until FC delivery/GRN and ensure there are no avoidable delays.
Proactively identify potential delays and coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and marketplace teams for resolution.
Ensure delivery timelines and marketplace SLAs are met consistently.
Process Flow & SOP Management
Manage and optimize the complete operational flow between sales, marketplace, warehouse, logistics, finance, and other relevant teams.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for smooth and standardized operations.
