5–10 years of experience in Java and Azure application support environments.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provide front-line production support for business and IT teams, ensuring application stability, efficiency, and resiliency.
Monitor and troubleshoot Azure cloud applications to maintain high availability and performance.
Configure, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
Detect, analyze, and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and deployment failures.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging using tools such as Dynatrace.
Automate operational tasks through scripting to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to optimize workflows and implement security best practices.
Support disaster recovery (DR), production installs, and scheduled weekend maintenance.
