Experience

3 years of related experience
Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development
Hands-on experience with RAG, LLM applications, and Agentic AI
Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Partner with product owners and engineers to align solution designs with business goals and architecture principles
Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans




Build and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and AI-enabled application engines
Design and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for ingestion, transformation, validation, and enrichment of diverse datasets
Develop and operationalize AI/ML and LLM-based capabilities, including agentic workflows and prompt-driven automation
Design and deploy LangGraph-based workflows for reliable orchestration, tool routing, and stateful execution in production
Build and maintain multi-agent architectures with clear role boundaries, handoff protocols, and guardrails
Establish software and system design standards, quality gates, and engineering best practices
Deliver end-to-end solutions with strong observability, performance, and security
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and stakeholder presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
