Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Procurement Operations Skilled specializing in Contract Management, you will analyze external client requirements, internal client requirements, and supplier solutions to draft custom outsourcing agreements.



This role requires a deep understanding of contract law and the ability to work closely with internal client stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

Draft Custom Agreements: Analyze client requirements and supplier solutions to draft highly custom, multi-tower complex outsourcing agreements, utilizing knowledge of contract law to ensure internal client interests are protected.
Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work extensively with internal client stakeholders to ensure their needs are addressed in supplier agreements, making strategic decisions on contract vehicles and terms to meet short negotiation timelines.
Develop Technical Requirements: Collaborate with internal client sales teams to draft custom technical, financial, and business requirements for suppliers, establishing customer relationships and understanding supplier product/service m
