Summary: UST is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, AWS cloud services, and modern DevOps practices. This role requires a hands-on professional who can contribute across the full software development lifecycle while ensuring application scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

The Opportunity: As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building modern full-stack applications, developing cloud-native microservices, and driving engineering excellence through best practices, automation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces using React.
- Design and implement Microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications. Develop, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
- Deploy and support cloud-native applications on AWS services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly scalable and resilient solutions.
- Implement containerization and deployment strategies using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and adherence to coding standards. Participate in architecture discussions,



technical design reviews, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting modern development and DevOps practices.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs using Java technologies.
- Strong frontend development experience with React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD implementation.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
