* Strong experience with full-stack application development.
* Hands-on experience with *system design and system architecture*.
* Experience designing and building *scalable, high-performance systems*.
* Ability to make and explain technical decisions around *architecture, APIs, databases, scalability, performance, and reliability*.
* Experience taking ownership of features/systems from *design to development and deployment*.
* Comfortable identifying bottlenecks and designing solutions as systems grow in *users, traffic, and data*.
* Experience working with AI/LLM-powered applications is a strong plus.
