Job Summary

At this time, we are seeking to hire a self-driven, results oriented and seasoned Software Development professional with 1-3 years of hands-on Software Development experience that includes the following.

A suitable candidate would love to develop software in a fast-paced team environment, thoroughly enjoys coding and has a strong continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and test Microsoft Windows-based software systems using C#, .NET, and SQL in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting
- Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration practices to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery
- Contribute to Agile development ceremonies and sprint cycles, maintaining a strong continuous improvement mindset
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality
- Build strong working relationships across diverse teams while maintaining a clear focus on customer needs and product quality

Essential Requirements
- Hands-on experience in C#, .NET,



and SQL with a proven ability to develop and test Microsoft Windows-based software systems
- Expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI) practices
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-assisted rapid software development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI coding assistants
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master's Degree in Computer Science is a plus
