We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SDET with a strong foundation in Python and Pytest to join our engineering team. This role involves designing and implementing robust automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software through efficient testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites using Python and Pytest
- Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Implement automated tests for web applications, APIs, and backend systems
- Conduct code reviews and actively contribute to improving test strategies and practices
- Perform continuous integration and deployment testing to ensure seamless releases




- Troubleshoot and debug test failures, analyze results, and report defects with clarity

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with Pytest for automation testing
- Strong understanding of automation tools and strategies
- Experience with Selenium for UI testing
- Familiarity with REST API testing, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Nice to Have

- Experience with Docker or cloud-based test environments
- Exposure to performance testing or additional test frameworks/tools
