Job Highlights
We are looking for a Senior GenAI Software Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications. The candidate will design and develop agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and GenAI-driven features while ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability.
Design, build, and deploy GenAI applications and agent workflows using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including embedding generation, retrieval strategies, and evaluation loops.
Integrate and manage vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search, Chroma, FAISS, etc.) to enable semantic search and knowledge storage.
Implement and maintain observability for agentic systems, including logging, tracing, monitoring, and behavior inspection dashboards.
Experience / Skills
Specific Education - BE / B.Tech in CS or IT.
Work Experience - 5 to 10 years.
Special Skills - Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP),LangChain, LangGraph. Agentic AI, Agent Memory, Prompt Engineering,
Embeddings, Vector Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, Agentic Frameworks. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC),CI/CD, API Development. GenAI Platforms (Langfuse, LiteLLM, Databricks), Authentication & Authorization.
