About The Function

We are seeking a Lead Technical Product Engineer (TPE) to shape the next generation of digital experience across Onboard Services (IT Catering) to power the in flight catering experience for millions of customers. This role is designed for engineers who combine deep software engineering expertise with product thinking to translate complex customer problems into scalable, enterprise-grade technical solutions. As a technical leader, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, partner closely with Business Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, and Engineering teams, and influence architectural decisions, platform modernization, and engineering excellence across the platform. You will leverage modern AI technologies, agentic workflows, and distributed systems to accelerate product delivery, improve developer productivity, and create intelligent, customer-centric experiences while serving as the trusted technical bridge between business and engineering.

Key Responsibilities





Drive discussions around new and emerging platforms and help determine the best way to utilize new technologies to build business solutions.
Synthesize current state processes, operating models, and ways of working in order to define new, digitally oriented clarity on requirements. The role will work across a diverse stakeholder group, driving consensus, and creating a shared understanding of detailed requirements in conjunction with technical delivery
Responsible for conducting complex and thorough research of existing processes, systems, systems logic, and desired objectives to develop detailed systems specifications to meet the objectives of the assigned projects.
Design, prototype, and productionize AI-powered capabilities using contemporary GenAI technologies including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic architectures, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise
