2. Knowledge of billing systems and reconciliation processes
3. Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory standards
4. Exposure to process improvement and operational efficiency initiativesRoles and Responsibilities :
Client Support & Issue Resolution
* Respond to and resolve out -of -balance requests
* Handle adjustments, rejects,



and missing payment issues
* Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and qualification issues

Financial Analysis & Reporting
* Perform detailed analysis of funding and ACH -related files
* Identify, analyze, and report errors in merchant funding processes
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies

Process Management
* Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and resolutions
* Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
* Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyLocation :
