Role Description It is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. He/She will be responsible for creating detailed Tekla 3D models of main and miscellaneous steel structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Daily activities include interpreting engineering drawings, coordinating with design and detailing teams, updating models based on review comments, and generating shop drawings and reports from the models. The role also involves checking for clashes, maintaining model integrity and documentation, and supporting project timelines through efficient modeling and communication with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
Solid proficiency in TEKLA 3D modeling used in steel detailing and the ability to produce accurate models and drawings.
Sound understanding of structural steel components, connections, and fabrication practices, with the ability to interpret and apply engineering and architectural drawings.
Attention to detail, quality-oriented approach, and capability to perform self-checks and basic model validations to minimize errors and rework.
