Role Description The Creator Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with digital creators and influencers. This role involves developing creator-led campaigns, coordinating briefs, ensuring brand-aligned content, and tracking performance metrics across platforms. The Creator Manager will handle day-to-day communication with creators, negotiate deliverables, monitor content calendars, and collaborate with marketing, brand,



and product teams to amplify launches and brand initiatives. The person in this role will also analyze campaign outcomes, optimize creator strategies, and stay updated on creator ecosystem trends within beauty, skincare, and lifestyle.
Qualifications
Experience in creator or influencer management, including sourcing, onboarding, and relationship building with digital creators.
Skills in campaign coordination, content briefing, and project management to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok/Reels, etc.) and understanding of creator analytics and performance metrics.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to align creators with brand values and messaging.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, brand, and product for integrated campaigns.
