About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead digital experience projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AEM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of AEM-based projects including timelines, scope, budgets, and resources.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are set and met.
Collaborate with technical leads and architects to ensure feasibility and technical soundness of solutions.
Drive sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and ensure Agile best practices.
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
Track project metrics and report progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Coordinate with offshore/nearshore development teams, if applicable.
Ensure AEM solutions align with digital strategy,



UX, and content goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management in IT, with at least 3+ years managing Adobe Experience Manager (Sites/Assets/Forms) projects.
Solid understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
PMP / CSM / SAFe certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs).
Experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud suite (Campaign, Target, Analytics).
Prior experience in digital agencies or client-facing delivery roles.
