Work Timings:

Only for India-based calling hours of work will be: (11am - 8pm IST) & covering (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Goa, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kerala) market territory only.

Mandatory: Prior experience making outbound calls to customers/clients in the UK and USA markets.

Compensation
Base Salary: $5000 –$7000 USD (Annual)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1000 – $3000 USD
Commission (Total $100 USD per demo)
$25 USD per qualified demo booked
$75 USD per deal closed

Role Summary
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging Med Spas, aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, cosmetic practices, and wellness clinics through outbound calling, lead qualification, product pitching, and appointment setting. This role requires someone who understands the healthcare/aesthetics ecosystem, patient acquisition challenges, and service workflows.
