Role Description The Billing Engineer role at Assotech Ranchi is a full-time, in office position based in Ranchi. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and verifying project bills, measurement sheets, and work orders in coordination with site engineers and contractors. Daily tasks include tracking quantities, updating billing records, reconciling contractor bills with project progress, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and company policies.



The role involves close collaboration with the project management and finance teams to support timely payments and accurate cost reporting. The Billing Engineer will also assist in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits related to project billing and invoicing.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of construction billing processes, quantity surveying, and contract terms in real estate or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other billing or ERP software used for measurement tracking and bill preparation.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to verify quantities and project progress.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong documentation skills for maintaining billing records and reports.
