About the Role

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Editor who can manage and edit content for two growing Instagram brands:

1. Stretch Mind – focused on confidence, self-mastery, mindset, life skills, and personal growth.

2. Neatspaces – a home organization and lifestyle brand helping people create clutter-free, peaceful spaces.

The ideal candidate understands Instagram content trends, storytelling, audience retention, and can transform raw footage into engaging reels that drive views, engagement, and followers.

Responsibilities
- Edit Instagram Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
- Add captions, transitions, animations, B-roll, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Create attention-grabbing hooks within the first 3 seconds.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form reels.
- Maintain brand consistency across both channels.
- Collaborate on content ideas and trending formats.
- Organize video files and maintain an effective editing workflow.
- Deliver content within agreed timelines.

Requirements




- Minimum 6 Months of experience editing social media content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and viral content formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Ability to create fast-paced, engaging edits with strong storytelling.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and text animations.
- Understanding of audience retention and watch-time optimization.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience editing personal brand content.
- Understanding of self-improvement, coaching, business, or lifestyle content.
- Basic graphic design skills for thumbnails and social media creatives.
- Knowledge of AI editing tools and workflow automation.

KPIs
- Number of videos delivered per week.
- Average watch time and retention rate.
- Content consistency and turnaround time.
- Growth in engagement and reach across both Instagram accounts.
