Role Description

The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the visual design function for the company’s brand and educational products. This role includes supervising a design team, setting visual direction, and ensuring consistency across all design assets, including digital content, print materials, marketing campaigns, and educational resources. The Head Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product,



and content teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals, oversee project timelines, and maintain design standards. Daily activities involve creating and reviewing graphic layouts, logos, and branded materials, establishing design guidelines, providing feedback and mentoring to designers, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for digital and print materials.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
Proven experience leading or managing a design team, including mentoring and project oversight.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
