Finalise purchase details of orders and deliveries. Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms as per Management Guideline.
Involved in all Rate Finalization Projects, Agreements, NDAs, and terms and conditions Finalization.
To ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed-upon success criteria)
Evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-effective and of high quality.
Handling local vendors & sub-contractors for production requirements.
Release of Purchase Orders and regular follow-up with vendors for supplies.
Co-ordination with suppliers for right quality, right time and right price materials.
Close coordination & interaction to build up strong relationships with vendors.
Collect the monthly production schedules for smooth material supplies.
Follow up with internal production as per the requirements of materials and Services.




Responsible for the complete SCM activities in the organisation.
Ensure compliance of established departmental objectives with regard to supplier evaluations, sustainability initiatives, supplier visit reports, cost reduction reporting, supply chain optimisations, etc.
Monitoring Sub-contracting activities like scheduling offloaded parts.
Supplier Quality Improvement, ensuring CAPA for non-conformities.
Involved in Packing Material Development & other Continuous Improvement Projects.
Responsible for the MRO, Admin, and IT Requirements for PAN India.
Involved all types of procurement of Capex Projects.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
Report directly to the CEO / Director and lead an operational procurement team.
