Role Description This is not a generic customer support role. At SUPR every customer interaction is a brand moment and a retention opportunity. You will be the human voice of SUPR resolving queries, building trust and turning frustrated customers into loyal advocates.

What You Will Do
Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and email promptly and professionally
Resolve order related issues including delays, missing items, damaged products and returns with empathy and efficiency
Follow up proactively with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Identify opportunities to retain customers who are dissatisfied and convert complaints into positive brand experiences
Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
Escalate genuine issues that require senior attention with full context and documentation
Support retention campaigns by reaching out to existing customers with relevant offers and updates
