Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role: Assistant Manager-Sales
Experience: 3–8 Years (EPR | Environment | Sustainability | Consulting | B2B Sales)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage & grow key accounts in EPR, sustainability, and environmental compliance services
Develop strategic plans to maximize client retention & revenue
Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Understand client requirements related to regulatory & sustainability frameworks
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions




Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities
Track account performance & provide data-driven insights

Requirement:
2–6 years of relevant experience in EPR / Environment / Sustainability / Consulting Sales
Solid account management & client handling skills
Good understanding of regulatory compliance & environmental services
