This role supports business‑critical automations in production, ensuring stability, performance, and data integrity under established standards and guidance. The Automation Developer focuses on BAU support, incident resolution assistance, monitoring, and documentation,



while building hands‑on experience across the automation lifecycle. The role is primarily support‑oriented, with opportunities to contribute to small enhancements and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, the successful candidate will need to:

Provide production and BAU support for existing automation solutions, ensuring secure and reliable operation.
Assist with incident investigation and root cause analysis, implementing approved fixes and remediation actions.
Monitor live automations and support go live activities under guidance.
Apply technical and workflow knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze automation behavior.
Maintain documentation and follow established standards to ensure automations are supportable and transferable.
Collaborate with senior automation engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
