Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service offerings meet client needs.



The role also involves tracking sales metrics, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The Business Development Manager will represent Fidelitus Projects at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums to strengthen the company’s brand and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Identify and develop current business opportunities across the commercial fit-out, construction, and PEB sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, PMCs, architects, EPC contractors, and project stakeholders.
Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, references, and direct outreach.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements, budgets, timelines, and commercial expectations.
Identify upcoming projects and track them from lead generation through opportunity
