Role Description The PCB Assembly & Testing Technician is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves assembling PCBs according to engineering drawings and work instructions, soldering components, and performing visual inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. The technician will conduct functional and in-circuit testing, diagnose faults, and assist in troubleshooting and repair of electronic assemblies.



Daily responsibilities include documenting test results, maintaining tools and equipment, collaborating with engineers and production staff, and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing and testing processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Quality Control skills, including inspection, adherence to standards, and documentation of defects.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose issues in PCB assemblies and test setups.
Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills, such as operating test instruments (multimeters, oscilloscopes) and handling electronic components safely.
