Role Description The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Yaal Fertility and Women Care Centre, ensuring smooth functioning of all clinical and administrative activities. This full-time, in office role in Chennai includes managing front-office processes, coordinating appointments, supervising non-clinical staff,



and supporting patient flow and experience. The Center Manager monitors operational efficiency, assists with budgeting and resource allocation, and implements standard operating procedures in alignment with clinical and regulatory guidelines. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating with medical and nursing teams, managing vendor relationships, and supporting quality assurance initiatives. The Center Manager will contribute to patient communication, handle escalations, and work with leadership to meet service, compliance, and performance targets.
