Performance Marketer
Pratibha Skill Development Center is looking for a results-driven and experienced Performance Marketer with 2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience to join our team in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive enrollments for our skill development, training, and certification programs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Search, Display, and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, placements, and campaign structures.
Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to achieve monthly lead and enrollment targets.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROI, and ROAS.
Analyze lead quality and work with the admissions/sales team to improve lead-to-enrollment conversions.
Conduct audience, competitor,



and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Create and perform A/B testing for ad creatives, ad copies, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
Manage remarketing, retargeting, custom audience, and lookalike audience campaigns.
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, events, and UTM parameters.
Analyze the complete marketing funnel from ad click to lead generation and enrollment.
Work closely with content, creative, web, and admissions teams to improve campaign performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and performance marketing practices.
Requirements
2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
