Required Skills
10+ years of IT experience.
6+ years of Salesforce and nCino development.
Strong nCino Commercial Lending / Loan Origination experience.
Strong Salesforce development and architecture knowledge.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and CI/CD.
Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
