Key Responsibilities
Manage and support IBM z/OS mainframe environments.
Handle DASD, storage, tape, DFSMS, HSM and VTL environments.
Administer and tune DB2 for z/OS, including backup and recovery.
Support migration from CA/Broadcom tools to IBM or other ISV solutions.
Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring and optimization.
Provide L2/L3 production support, incident and problem management.
Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and failover testing.
Manage software installation, upgrades, patching and maintenance.

Preferred Profile
10–20 years of hands-on mainframe experience.
Strong experience in enterprise-scale z/OS environments.
Hands-on experience migrating CA/Broadcom products to IBM alternatives.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Experience supporting mission-critical production systems and global teams.
Positive experience with DR, performance optimization and production support.
