This role is pivotal in supporting Industrial Digitalization Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, Mining, Cement, Metals, and Manufacturing. The role requires a strong process engineering professional with hands-on experience in Advanced Process Control (APC), Model Predictive Control (MPC), process optimization, and plant performance improvement. What You’ll Lead and Deliver
Lead process engineering activities for FEED, detailed engineering,



and digital solution projects involving Advanced Process Control (APC).
Conduct site surveys, process walkdowns, operational data collection, and process performance assessments.
Review and interpret PFDs, P&IDs;, operating philosophies, process data, DCS configurations, and historical plant data.
Establish process operating envelopes, constraints, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
Perform process engineering, mass and energy balance, hydraulic, and other relevant calculations to validate design changes and APC implementations.
Develop process design bases, process descriptions, process narratives, APC control philosophies, FAT/SAT procedures, and KPI/performance reports.
Perform instrumentation and measurement-gap assessments required for APC implementation.
Develop and validate baseline KPIs for APC performance evaluation.
Identify and rationalize Controlled Variables (CVs), Manipulated Variables (MVs), an
