Role Description The Automobile Workshop Supervisor/Job Controller at Gurudev Motors will oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring effective scheduling, allocation, and completion of repair and maintenance jobs. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai involves supervising technical staff,



monitoring work quality, and maintaining safety and process standards. The role includes coordinating job cards, tracking vehicle status, and ensuring timely delivery while optimizing workshop capacity and resource utilization. The Job Controller will interact with service advisors and customers to clarify work requirements, manage expectations, and support high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also requires regular documentation, reporting on workshop performance, and continuous improvement of processes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead workshop teams, manage workloads, and maintain discipline and safety standards.
