Role Description The Front Office Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at a Lemon Tree Hotels property in Thane.



The role involves welcoming guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling room allocations, and ensuring all front desk transactions are accurate and efficient. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining clear and courteous communication at all times. The Front Office Associate supports guests with reservations, local information, and service requests while upholding Lemon Tree Hotels’ standards of guest care and professionalism. This position requires a solid customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of a collaborative front office team.
