Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues related to the web-based software

Skills in analysing data to identify trends and make informed decisions

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users and collaborate with technical teams in test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
