Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
experience in AEM 6.3 and above technologies
Strong knowledge on AEM Backend development.
Solid knowledge on creating custom workflows, Event Listeners, OSGI Services, Components and Servlets.
Good understanding of OSGI, Felix Console.
Experience in MSM implementation and third part translation integration.

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
Exposure to Adobe marketing cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Campaign, Target, Launch, Audience Manager and DTM.
Strong understanding of the development and deployment process within AEM, including automated build processes using Apache Maven, Jenkins and Artifactory.
Strong understanding of the base templates and components provided by AEM using HTL (formerly Sightly)
Strong understanding of the integration of AEM with Adobe Digital Asset Management platforms
Experienced in end to end REST API development and solutioning.
