Role Description This full-time remote Video Editor role is responsible for turning raw footage into compelling, story-driven video content for e-commerce and D2C brands. Day-to-day tasks include editing short-form and long-form videos, selecting and arranging clips, adding sound design, and ensuring pacing aligns with social media consumption habits.



The Video Editor will collaborate with creative strategists and producers to interpret briefs, refine concepts, and maintain visual consistency across campaigns. The role also involves color grading, basic motion graphics, and adapting edits for multiple platforms and formats to maximize performance. Additional responsibilities include managing media assets, meeting deadlines in a rapid-paced environment, and staying current with social video trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Video Editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, and storytelling for social and digital platforms.
Candidates should possess Video Production skills, such as understanding shot types, file formats, and workflows from pre-production through final delivery.
