About the Role
This is a key position within the Tender Department. The Primary Technical Proposals Engineer will be responsible for delivering high‑quality technical content for tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Review technical aspects of tenders and provide technical guidance to the team.




Identify value engineering opportunities to deliver the most cost‑effective solutions for clients.
Specify major equipment and ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
Coordinate technical content for tenders, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD), layouts/general arrangements, calculations, schedules, and Project Execution Plans.
Provide technical support to the estimating team throughout the tendering process.
Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure technical proposals meet client expectations.
Manage and maintain technical documentation.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or an electrical trade qualification.
Project management experience.
