Your Impact
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will design, develop and maintain Highly Scalable, Distributed and Cloud enabled Open Text Documentum Applications product suite with direct client impact. Work closely with cross-functional teams within OpenText and partner with key stakeholders.

Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering,



other technical teams and Release Management to ensure effective launch and delivery of products both cloud & off cloud to satisfy business needs
Build and maintain robust client relationships, internal and external.
Apply best practices and coding patterns that ensure world-class solutions that are maintainable, modular, and of high code-quality.
Drive automated solutions that enable better efficiency and process improvement.
Manage communication cross-functionally and escalate promptly as issues arise.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be AI native developer. Well verse with coding tool usage.
What you need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree with 7 to 10 Years related experience.
Strong design and hands-on experience with building enterprise applications and server-side.
Experience developing AI tools, agents, and agentic workflows. Well versed with Langchain, Langgraph, Langfuse and similar AI frameworks. Mus
