Job Description:

Glove Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Business Intelligence Developer with strong experience in reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and business intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, and experience working with business stakeholders to deliver impactful reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical solutions.
- Create business-friendly visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
- Analyze data, perform validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define KPIs.




- Support reporting modernization, automation, and migration initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and effective reporting outcomes.

Required Skills:

- 5–7 years of experience in BI, Reporting, Analytics, or MIS roles.
- Solid SQL and Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
