What Youll Do:

- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to define program scope, milestones, and success metrics
- Drive delivery of data platform, cloud, and customer-facing technology initiatives
- Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
- Facilitate clear communication and executive reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes
- Improve operational efficiency by implementing best practices for program governance, Agile execution, and delivery tracking
- Coordinate vendor and partner engagements where applicable
- Ensure alignment with Experian s regulatory, security, and compliance requirements

What You Know:

- 8+ years of professional experience as Technical Program Manager
- Proven track record of delivering complex, distributed systems or data-driven platforms at scale
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), APIs, microservices, and data engineering concepts




- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions.
- Experience in financial services, credit bureaus, fintech, or data/analytics-driven companies
- Experience managing global teams and offshore/onshore delivery models
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science.
