Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5 to 10 years of expertise to lead and manage ServiceNow platform integrations, IT Service Management (ITSM), Application Performance Management (APM), and Discovery within an Enterprise Service Platform (ESP) setting. The candidate must be proficient in handling Jira tickets related to the ESP environment and capable of managing complex integrations and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM, APM, and Discovery modules within the ESP environment.
- Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and various platforms, including ITSM workflows, CMDB synchronization, and event management.
- Manage and optimize Discovery processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer, REST APIs, and integration hubs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
- Implement and support Application Performance Management (APM) monitoring and alerting integrations.




- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow integrations, Discovery failures, and ITSM workflows.
- Handle Jira tickets related to ESP environment issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational policies in all ServiceNow implementations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and architects.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, ESP enhancements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform capabilities.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, MID Servers, and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with ESP Discovery processes and CMDB synchronization.
- Knowledge of Application Performance Management (APM) concepts and integration with ServiceNow.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience managing Jira tickets related to ESP environment workflows and issues.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
