Job Requirements

- 6–10 years of experience in Windchill / PDMLink / ProjectLink customization and configuration.
- Strong experience in Windchill PDMLink customization, Java, JavaScript, RESTful Web Services, Web Application Server, and Oracle DB.
- Positive experience in Windchill configuration including ACLs, OIR, Workflows, Lifecycles, Types, and Attributes.
- Experience with Windchill REST Services and integrations, including ERP Connector and REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Good knowledge of Windchill Data Model.
- Programming knowledge of Java, JSP, XML, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Experience in Workflow Customizations, Object Initialization Rules, Data Utilities, Wizards, Services, Listeners, and Action Validators.
- Experience in MVC Builders, Form Processors, Business Rules, and Data Utilities.
- Well versed with Windchill APIs.
- Experience in Windchill CAD Data Management; Creo knowledge is good to have.
- Good to have experience with Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM).




- Valuable to have Windchill reporting experience using Cognos and Query Builder.
- Experience in Windchill implementation with a minimum of 2 projects.
- Ability to participate actively in client workshops and business requirements gathering meetings.
- Experience in preparing technical specification documents.
- Experience in customer requirement analysis, solution design, development, and build preparation for enhancement requests.
- Strong understanding of Windchill architecture and deployment topologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in challenging and high-pressure environments.
