*Role Overview*
Henry Harvin Education is one of India's leading EdTech companies offering professional certification, higher education, and upskilling programs across multiple domains. We are looking for an experienced Placement Executive to strengthen our placement operations and ensure successful career outcomes for our learners.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead and manage the Placement Team to achieve monthly placement targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with recruiters, corporates, staffing agencies, and hiring partners.
- Generate new placement opportunities through corporate tie-ups and business development.
- Ensure timely placement support for learners across all programs,



including Fellowship, Certification, Degree, and Executive programs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and employers to schedule interviews and placement drives.
- Track student progress, interview status, offers, and joining updates.
- Develop placement strategies to improve placement conversion and employer engagement.
- Conduct mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance sessions.
- Ensure timely closure of placement requirements while maintaining high employer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on placement performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Academic, and Student Success teams for smooth placement execution.
- Handle escalations related to placements and ensure prompt resolution.
- Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of Placement Executives and Coordinators.
