The institute focuses on delivering clear, lasting understanding to students rather than rote learning. It offers coaching for grades 1 through 12, as well as preparation for NEET, JEE, and Engineering courses. The team is committed to personalized guidance, structured learning plans, and academic excellence across multiple curricula, including IGCSE.
Role Description The IGCSE Tutor will deliver concept-based instruction to IGCSE students in one or more subject areas, using structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging classes, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and offering additional support where needed. The tutor will also prepare learners for internal assessments and board examinations, maintain records of performance, and communicate regularly with learners and guardians about academic progress. This is a part-time, hybrid role,



with teaching primarily based in Thane and some work-from-home sessions conducted online.
Qualifications
Solid subject-matter expertise in relevant IGCSE disciplines (e.g., Mathematics, Sciences, English, or other IGCSE subjects) and familiarity with IGCSE curriculum and exam patterns.
Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and use of teaching aids and digital tools to support interactive learning.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt teaching style to different learning levels.
Experience in coaching school students or working in a tutoring/academy environment; prior experience preparing learners for board or competitive exams is an advantage.
Strong mentoring and motivational skills, with a learner-centered approach, patience, and the ability to build academic confidence in students.
