Role & responsibilities

- Convert PR to PO in ERP system
- Ensure timely release of purchase orders
- Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery
- Track open POs and expedite pending materials
- Coordinate with planning, stores, and production
- Handle GRN and documentation
- Resolve invoice and quantity mismatches
- Maintain MIS and purchase records
- Monitor delivery schedules and lead times
- On-time delivery
- Reduction in open PO aging
- Line stoppage reduction
- Ledger reconciliation
- PR to PO turnaround time

Scope of Materials

Mechanical parts including sheet metal, fabricated parts, fasteners, suspension, and chassis components

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of PR, PO, GRN process
- ERP (Focus preferred)
- Mechanical parts understanding
- Robust coordination and follow-up
- Candidates must have mandatory experience in the EV industry, electric mobility, automotive, or a closely related sector.
