Data Masking in Non-Production Environments:

- Use Delphix for data masking and virtualization.
- Apply masking algorithms to anonymize sensitive data, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain encryption and masking solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, and application teams to identify and resolve data protection issues.
- Document processes, configurations, and guidelines to maintain operational standards.

Technical Support

- Provides support for technical systems that execute business applications.
- Configures, installs, and upgrades systems.
- Identifies and resolves advanced or escalated technical issues as they arise.
- Responsible for administration, communication, and documentation throughout technical support activities.
- Assists in managing technical projects.

System Testing

- Performs testing and monitoring to ensure all applications dependent on the infrastructure function without issues.

Implementation and Configuration:

- Deploy and configure Delphix masking engines, ensuring compatibility with various database platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2).
- Set up data masking templates, rulesets, and policies to support consistent and repeatable masking processes.
- Integrate Delphix with CI/CD pipelines to automate masking and virtualization workflows.

Monitoring and Optimization:

- Monitor the performance of Delphix masking and virtualization processes, identifying and addressing bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Analyze masking jobs and logs to ensure successful execution and troubleshoot failures.

Compliance and Governance:

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data masking and virtualization, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Partner with vendors and Delphix support teams to resolve complex issues and drive enhancements.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

- Research and implement advanced Delphix features and updates to enhance masking and virtualization capabilities.

Mentorship and Leadership:
