Job Description: Lead the design development of Intelehealth's complete web stack. Solve complex architectural, scalability and performance issues. Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure solid optimization and functionality. Single PoC for all activities in the Web app/FSD team - Lead from the front, help team in overcoming technical challenges. Build efficient, testable and reusable modules. Should be able to understand the requirements. Develop web application features. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks on time. Work closely with Director of Product Development to deliver product releases.

- Review code of team members
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that team members can understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitoring team members productivity to ensure high quality deliverables on time
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Hire and train new team members

- Educations: BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA
- Experience: 6-8 Yrs with min 2 yrs experience in leading the team
