We are looking for a QA Lead to take full ownership of the QA vertical. You will be responsible for leading the QA team, defining testing strategies, ensuring delivery quality, and managing QA-related project timelines and stakeholder communication. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, DevOps, and Business) to ensure seamless delivery of high- quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers across manual and automation testing.

• Define the QA roadmap, test plans, and processes for all product lines.

• Drive quality metrics, coverage reports, and continuous improvementacross QA practices.

• Be the owner of the QA vertical, reporting directly to leadership.Project & Process Management

• Plan, track, and manage QA timelines for multiple parallel projects.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and align QA efforts.

• Manage project risks, schedules, deliverables, and resource planning from a QA perspective.

• Ensure timely delivery of releases by maintaining high-quality standards.

Quality Assurance & Automation

- Develop and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and backend services.

• Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.

• Oversee regression, smoke, functional, integration, performance, anduser acceptance testing.

• Own bug triaging, prioritization, and tracking using tools like Jira,TestRail, etc.

Communication & Stakeholder Handling

• Act as the single point of contact for all QA deliverables.





• Present QA metrics, testing reports, and risk assessments toleadership.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and product stakeholders toalign quality goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA with at least 2 years in a leadership/project management role.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and QAmethodologies.

• Hands-on experience in writing and maintaining automated testscripts (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright).

• Experience in managing end-to-end QA for web/mobile/backendapplications.

• Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, etc.

• Robust organizational, communication, and stakeholder managementskills.

• Experience in using tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Postman,Charles Proxy, etc.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in leading QA for SaaS, EdTech, or FinTechplatforms.

• ISTQB or similar QA certification.

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Locust, or k6.

• Exposure to security testing practices.
