We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to drive design discussions, lead technical execution, and interface directly with key business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical design, architecture discussions, and solution reviews for Salesforce implementations.
Directly engage with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce architecture.
Write clean, modular, and performant code (Apex, LWC, Integrations) while upholding robust engineering standards.
Utilize AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to streamline development, optimize code, and accelerate delivery.
Provide technical guidance, code reviews,



and mentorship to team members to foster technical growth and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Deep technical knowledge across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and system integrations (REST/SOAP).
Hands-on experience or working familiarity with AI development assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
Solid analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and architecting resilient solutions.
