Role & responsibilities

Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and efficiency across operations. They lead cost control initiatives, supervise costing teams, and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities -

- Costing Leadership

- Set up and lead costing systems, policies, and controls.
- Align cost accounting with large-scale food manufacturing operations.
- Partner with senior management on pricing, margin improvement, and cost optimization.

- Product Costing & Analysis

- Conduct BOM validation, SKU profitability, and variance analysis.
- Track standard vs. actual costs, raw material price fluctuations, and wastage.
- Drive yield analysis and efficiency improvements.

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Develop cost budgets and rolling forecasts with finance and supply chain.
- Monitor deviations and provide actionable insights to control overheads.

- ERP & Automation

- Implement ERP-based costing modules (D365, Navision) for real-time dashboards and cost tracking.
