Job Summary

AliteProjects is looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer / Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack – Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a good understanding of frontend and backend development, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
Build user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
Integrate third-party APIs and external services as required.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Perform debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers.




Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical solutions.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and project planning.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
Solid experience with JavaScript / ES6+.
Good hands-on experience with React.js.
Robust knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
Good experience working with MongoDB.
Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control.
Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as JWT/OAuth.
Valuable understanding of asynchronous programming and API integration.
Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
