Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and productive functioning.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes, SOPs, and service standards.
Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams to achieve business objectives.
Allocate responsibilities, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, service quality, and performance metrics.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Monitor operational costs, expenses, inventory, and resource utilization.
Prepare and review operational reports, MIS, dashboards, and performance updates for management.
Drive initiatives for process improvement, automation, cost optimization, and increased efficiency.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure adequate manpower planning and effective utilization of resources.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders where required.




Support management in implementing new projects, processes, and business initiatives.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure continuous improvement in operational performance.

Required Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations Management or a related field.
Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent planning, organizing, and execution abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of process management and SOP implementation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Strong decision-making and escalation-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, reporting, and operational dashboards.
Customer-focused approach with robust service orientation.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Operations or Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
